Refund policy

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final sales, being a really small operation we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancelations unless something is damaged or our fault. If for some reason you received a defective item or the wrong size from us feel free to email us at info@highfidelityfriends.com and we will take care of it.

Please make sure you are ordering the correct item in the correct size, if you need more info on the size of an item please email us.

Do not send back any items unless you have already contacted us and have been given an approval to return.

The Sensory Room Subscription Box Refund Policy

If you receive damaged vinyl, we will process a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances. We are not able to accept returns based on personal music or shirt design preferences. Please email us at info@highfidelityfriends.com to discuss.
